Spindle axis stylus access

If the stylus can only be accessed from the "top" face, select '1'.

If the stylus can also be accessed from the "lower" face, select '2'.

Note: If measurement using 9857 B4 ("feeding upwards") is required, '2' must be selected.

The default selection is '1'.
